He is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida and active in SW Florida. His real estate experience covers all segments of the real estate market including industrial, retail, office, multifamily and residential, both sales and leasing.

He has brokered the sale of both large and small commercial properties, he is an experienced real estate investor, and he has assisted with leases in all segments of the real estate market. Jim is an experienced real estate developer as well as a specialist in new home sales and marketing. On the financing side of his career, Jim has assisted his customers with SBA loans, commercial real estate financing, business aquisition financing as well as working capital loans.
